After the setback from the first test match, team India started the campaign of the Boxing Day match with 2 debutants, supremely talented batsman Shumbhman Gill and fast bowler Mohammed Siraj and both the lads impressed the fans, Gill scored 45 & 35, while Siraj took 5 wickets in both the innings. Captain Rahane lead the team from the front scored an impressive century (112 of 223) in the 1st inning of the match. It was a complete team effort from Jasprit Bumrah, Ravi Ashwin, Jadeja, Umesh Yadav as well.

That Siraj has played the way he has in this match while still grieving for his father is really something. No matter who you support, you have to feel happy for him and his family, who must be so proud. Kudos to the team and management for supporting him through it. #AUSvIND
