So here is the best way to recover from the past situation and welcoming the new joy. Perhaps, what would be better than the Misti festival. This stall is legendary for Sandes, they got especially the Gur-er ‘jol bhora tal sash’, Monohora sandes, Moushumi Sandesh, the long-lasting Dil khus Sandesh (made with Kesar), Gur-er channar payes, Gur-er Kacha Golla, Patisaptta, Gur lava, Punjab roll, chocolate lollipop, and therefore the most significant item among the list is abar khabo it’s made from ‘gur’ stuffed with khoya and dry fruits.
