Perform lead support functions as a key member of the Observability domain DevOps teams
Lead the user and stakeholder management and notification accountabilities of the DevOps teams
Perform various Application development, support and life cycle management activities as DevOps team member, for example: System analysis, documenting and delivering on stakeholder requirements
System capacity management and optimisation
Resolve data quality, ingestion and performance bottleneck issues
Resolve user community issues
Liaise with infrastructure and operating system support teams on performance issues
Seek opportunities to streamline and automate for life-cycle process improvement, and lead these continual improvement initiatives
Organize and lead discussions and collaboration sessions with all team members effectively to drive the delivery of capabilities, products, and outcome at an End-to-End level.
