Put the vegetable into a blender and make a paste, mix it with your regular Dosa batter. Add stuffing of your choice and you are good to go.  This will help with the intake of more vegetables and promotes health. This would be a great recipe for people in this pandemic undermines, with special health conditions like Diabetes, hypertension, and just any other disorder. Ingredients:

Dosa Batter – As Needed

Spinach – 2 Handfuls

Carrots – 2 Small

Beetroot – 1/2

Bell Pepper – 1/2

Salt – To Taste

1. Beetroot Dosa

Beetroots are known for nutritional value, it is rich in calcium, iron, vitamins A and C. Good source of folic acid and a very good source of fiber, manganese, and potassium.

 

2. Spinach Dosa

Green leafy vegetable like spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. It’s important to add vitamin k to your regular diet for maintaining bone health and it is difficult to find vegetables richer in vitamin K than spinach.

 

3. Carrot Dosa

Carrots have vitamin A, which helps keep your eyes healthy. It protects your eyes from the sun and lowers your chances of cataracts and other eye problems. It is good to have yellow carrots because they have lutein, which is also good for your eyes.

 

4. Capsicum Dosa or Bell Pepper Dosa

If you don’t go for exotic ones then have only green capsicums because they are cheap and healthy and full of great health benefits—they’re packed with vitamins and low in calories! Bell peppers are full of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. They have also contained a healthy dose of fiber, folate, and iron.
