Eid marks the end of the holy month of Ramzan/Ramadan during which Muslim’s all over the world fast. Prayers are offered, lavish feast in the day with a sumptuous spread of food which will be enjoyed by the family and friends. But, this year, the celebration much like the previous year has to be indoors. Hence, we bring to you few traditional dishes this Eid-ul-Fitr 2021.

1. Biryani:

One of the most loved dishes across India. You would not want to miss the Aloo Biryani (the homemade style) enjoy it with raita and salad.

2. Seekh Kebab:

Things were different before the pandemic when ‘Bahar ka khana’ was allowed. Few places in Kolkata make Seekh Kebab great. This year try making some of that smoky, succulent, and delectable prepared with spices and meat at home.

3. Mutton Korma:

This robust mutton curry needs no introduction! The spicy meat, spices mix will make you droll. Try making this dish at home.

4. Kimami Sewaiyan:

This dessert just like sheer khurma, but the taste hits differently. Slightly thicker inconsistency. Well, you need to add vermicelli, milk, khoya, sugar – lotus seeds, almonds, cashew, coconut, and raisins are also added.

5. Phirni:

Is there any reason where you can hate Phirni? No way! The thickened milk pudding made with rice is frozen and later enjoy. You can order if you like.
