A book library where people can float on the Ganges and read their favorite novel peacefully while witnessing the immortal Howrah Bridge. This three-hour boat journey will take the readers from Millennium Park to Belur Math jetty and return according to the officials.
The floating library contains over 500 books both in Bengali and English titles, the ticket for a single journey is 100 for adults and Rs 50 for kids respectively.
The Floating library also hosts some fun activities for the young readers such as storytelling, music, etc. The library released on 72nd Republic Day (this year)
