Apart from Rahul, Aninda will play a key role in the movie. ‘Chokh’ is expected to release next year.

What should one do when his/her daughter goes missing? Things go haywire and life gets derailed. Is It abduction or an intentional missing case?  Too many questions with a little answer. Such stories do not end well in reel as well as real life. Based on the same concept debutant director Bappa bring forth his new film ‘Chokh’.

A press conference was held at a city restaurant to unveiling his movie poster. Apart from the director the cast and crew of the movie were present at the event. Actor Rahul Banerjee, Aninda Pulok Banerjee, Rimi Deb, Vikram Das, Saheb Halder, Surajit Maity, Tapati Munshi, Arpan Bose were present at the press conference.

Speaking about the film and his character, Rahul said, “This movie has its own flavor. Speaking about my character it is very different from the roles which I generally play for my audience. It’s really good to portray such kind of characters which are mysterious and unconventional. I am glad to be part of the film and I am pretty much sure the audience will love it.” The movie is expected to hit the theatres next year. The thriller film is produced by LRP Enterprise.  However, no specific date has been revealed yet from the production team.
